"Every time I come here there is 50 people in the lobby but only a couple windows open. It’s absolutely ridiculous, I sat here for two hours today never being called and when I finally mentioned it they had no reference to the ticket I WAS LITERALLY HOLDING PRINTED FROM THEIR MACHINE. It’s 2024, every single item should be available online, we are past the days of doing these types of stupid methods. They have windows A - F, as I sit here only window A is open. They have windows 1-24 on the right that currently only have 3 open, so basically operating at 10% capacity with a lobby of 50. I came on my lunch and ended up having to take the rest of the day off, because of their poor operation. Don’t even get me started on the fact they are only open 8-4, you are a vital government agency that isn’t accessible to the average working American. Do Better!"

"Not. Very pleasant or helping assist me at all very disorganized and lie all the time about benefits refusing to fix the problem. I don’t know why we need them especially the one in Cleveland tn."

"Not giving it 5 stars because it was quick. This is not a quick visit. Probably 50 people ahead of me. It moves pretty fast and the person helping me was quick. Not sure I would have had a good experience had I not done the application online first and known exactly what I needed to bring with me. Waiting that long and having to come back because I didn’t have everything would be a nightmare. Be prepared!"
