"I bought a car from Claudia she was nice however I did buy the car the key fob is broken and I can’t lock or unlock my doors with it or use the remote start they refuse to get me another one which will cost me $300 at least plus the tire monitor system has lights on will cost me another $100 to fix after I’m paying $15,000 for this car. Very poor service. Do not recommend"

"Update: It is “impossible“ for them to give an eta on a motor installation. It is impossible for them to give you the name of the 3rd party vendor that has your vehicle. But Chris and John who are both “account managers” are verbally abusive when you ask questions and inform them the you will not be able to make payments if you can’t get to work. Up to including, insulting your intelligence, name calling, cussing, and hanging up on you. Update: the service manager is trying to convince me that they cannot get a local motor and had to order an ‘08-12 4 cyl Chevy motor from Massachusetts and that it takes 2-6 weeks to replace one of the most common motors on the market. I confronted him and told him I knew he was lying and he got aggressive and hung up on me. I filed a BBB complaint. Do not go here. The sell lemons. Both myself and my fiancé’s daughter cannot drive our vehicles. Both vehicles are under warranty. My car was towed on Monday. The service manager Mike answered the phone on that day and my car was towed within the hour, however now they mysteriously do not answer the phone and I cannot get anyone to tell me when I will get my car back that I still have to make payments on. Additionally my fiancé’s daughter is having issues with her ignition interlock system and they are not fixing that issue either. Stay far away."
