"Amended! Went back after a 1 year hiatus. Cinnabun has a total different crew and "wow-o-wow" what a difference a year can make. The staff are friendly and the cinnabun was fresh and oh sooo delicious. It almost tasted like they changed the recipe! The new manager welcomed me back and their hard work to rebuild their image is clearly paying off. Keep up the good work and let's continue to make "customer service" great again! Sincerely, Your customer "Old review as follows"-The young manager and staff are extremely rude and have no customer service etiquette. I had a problem at the register due to their machine malfunctioning and asked staff why was this happening? They stated "I really don't care" with the most nasty and unprofessional totally unnecessary attitude. I then asked for management and a young one came and met me at the counter. I explained to her what I had just experienced and instead of her just apologizing, I was told by that manager that the company owner and corporations core values push them to hurry you, get your money, give you your product and move on to the next person. I let her know that was unacceptable and she walked off. It is so sad when immature staff "entice" well intentioned customers who help pay their wages to deal with them in a way that a parent would or should have during their upbringing. Unfortunately, especially nowadays, some of these young ones are just in your face stubborn and stiffnecked not willing to listen and learn anything from anyone remaining the most ignorant and unteachable generation I've ever seen, smh..."
"I came up here a couple Saturdays ago and it was a little upsetting because I got great service and everything was perfect except for one thing. I don’t know HOW I see the same exact girls every single day. I could tell they were struggling keeping up with all the orders and the people behind me thought the same. We can tell they need more workers. DESPERATELY. I mean the way they were having to scramble at lightning speed to get the orders done and out on time was very upsetting to me. I’ve worked at places that were understaff (especially after Covid) and I honestly applaud them for handling it so well! Keep up the great work ladies!"

"I visited the location in the St. Clair mall on a busy Saturday afternoon. The service was terrible, the young lady taking my order was very rude and not friendly, I can tell she was frustrated because of the volume of patrons in line to get a cinnamon roll. The young lady after taking my order didn't ask if I wanted my receipt, she let it print out and roll onto the counter and I asked was that my receipt, and without looking at me she says in a very dry tone "yes". she didn't attempt to pick it up and hand it to me, she actually didn't look up from the register to acknowledge me. I did let her manager know about this behavior. I'm a person that understands experiencing frustration at work however you should be mindful that you're working with the public and put your personal emotions and feelings to the side."
"I like that there were packs ready to takeout. They were good when reheated at home later on. I'm not a fan of the payment screen asking for tips, as I don't feel this is a tip job. I don't think the other restaurants in the mall ask for that. Just put a tip jar out or pay your people more."
