"Chapter 3 is exactly what ST. LOUIS NEEDS. Chill lounge areas and bottle service. Definitely breaking the mold of normal Soulard or spruce. The service was incredible. The atmosphere is electric. Decor is so original and so instagram- able. We felt so safe with all the security set in place. Haven’t felt that safe going out in STL in a while!! And can we talk about the house music!!!
