"The shop is cute, clean & bright. The ladies behind the counter were friendly, fun and helpful. The donuts are amazing- soft & fresh & flavorful. We got a dozen for the long drive home & to share with the kids but they are so delicious there might not be any left for the kids. The lemon is our favorite but they are all very yummy. Definitely a MUST if you are in the St Louis Missouri area!"

"right out of the gate this is a place that makes donuts the way other places wish they could. The dough has a nice fermentation on it. It’s chewy, it’s dense, it still has that really nice fluff on the edges and a wonderful beignet (funnel cake) style crust. they are absolutely making the chocolate filling with actual chocolate, not the nonsense bucket stuff. A lot of these places try to pass off. The bake shop is completely open for All to see and I recommend you take a look because this is how donuts are done. This is the best donut in the city, and as far as I’m concerned, even including Chicago, the best donut in the state. If you inquire, you’ll find out that the fine ladies behind the counter, have a connection to a pretty rooted restaurant group in Louisiana, and I believe that carries over perfectly in there, Donuts. Don’t believe the mentally unsound people who had a problem with the fact that they weren’t able to get whatever they wanted when they showed up at 1 o’clock in the afternoon-So its like this-any donut shop that’s actually making the donuts and making Donuts this good is gonna sell out quick so get yourself in line. these donuts are just as fresh tasting if you’re lucky enough to get the last one as much as you are lucky to get the first. Definitely get down here."

"By 10:30, there were only two flavors left but the chocolate chip cookie dough is one of the best doughnuts I’ve ever had. The women inside were so sweet as well! I took one bite and headed back inside to grab the last one. I highly recommend!"

"Neat donut shop, great atmosphere with several “fancy” donuts that are made fresh daily. They had about 15 different options all varying/different flavors - cookie and cream, berry flavored, strawberry filled, etc. I ended up going with a standard “chocolate frosted yeast donut.” The donut it self was good, the yeast donut part was pretty fresh and the chocolate topping was not too sweet. They offered samples of both their yeast and cake donuts. All of the donuts looked good, I just wasn’t interested in the varying flavored donuts they offered."
