"My ordered arrived missing flavor which I paid extra for. The company did not respond to any of my emails regarding the issue which let to a month plus long paypal dispute. I was offered a refund only if I would return the item on my dime and in the condition in which it came, even though I stated that this could not be done do to the item being used (which is how we figured out the missing flavor issue). Terrible customer service and they clearly don't stand by their work or correct their mistakes. Buyers beware."

"BEWARE!! Ordered chocolate and it arrived melted into huge clumps. I have attached their email response to me: "I am sorry but as the description says that you purchased from, “We are not responsible for damage or melting of product once it leaves our location.” That said, it works exactly as you intend to use it, but the heat during the delivery process can cause chocolate to melt as you described. You can break it up with a knife or like ice. Please in the future check your local weather for considerations but know you even if it melts, it’s 100% safe to use." They expect you to know the local weather...what about the weather on the way during the shipment? I would give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional!"
