"I never make google reviews, and the fact I’m google reviewing an ice cream shop is insane cause it’s just ice cream. But this evening I went in at around 9/9:15 with my boyfriend and even I ordered what I wanted, the employee taking my order, not only got it wrong, made me feel rushed, but didn’t ask if I needed anything else with my order. Just two scoops in a cone, which was the opposite of what I ordered. Like I said it’s just ice cream. It was the service that has me pissed off. I’ve worked in the service industry I get it. But when someone is ordering anything food related anywhere… usually the person who is servicing you will ask “would you like anything else?” Things of that nature. This employee did not. Don’t know why i even tipped, cause my tip for you is to do better with how you handle your customers."
