"I tried to use a coupon when they first opened. There was a coupon for $2 off of any beverage and there was another one for half off of any beverage. It did say you could not get a hot brewed beverage. I'm going to order a breakfast item and I wanted to try their iced tea . she said I could not use the coupon because iced tea is a hot beverage. She said that they have to brew the tea with hot water so therefore it's a hot beverage. Have you ever heard of that? That's nuts So I emailed them after trying to find a phone number for 2 months and they accuse me of getting out of my car and driving around people in a one lane drive-thru. They said that's why their employee yelled at me. I did not get out of my car. So you can't use the coupon so why print them out and the customer service sucks. It took way too long to finally get through to someone for them to accuse me of doing something wrong. I wouldn't go to them if I was dying of thirst. Save your money go to Starbucks"

"I used to live by a Scooters, so I was very excited when I heard this new location would be opening by me! I truly love Scooters and their brand, however, I am utterly disappointed with the Lemay location. Lemay Scooters has continually failed me. This has not been a one time thing. Two separate visits, I ordered a vanilla latte. Both times I was served disgustingly bitter unmixed soup. My last visit, I figured I would try a smoothie. That can not be hard to mess up, right? Wrong. I could not even take a sip from my straw. The smoothie was barely mixed, there were still huge chunks sitting on top. Scooters employees, please do better. You are better off supporting local, there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants that are worth your money."
