"The employees were snotty and rude, and it seems that way every time I come there for service. And the machine in the front when you first walk in that you have to sign in on barely even works. I signed in with my number along with a few others that tried signing in with their number after I tried, and it didn’t work for them either. And I wish we could go back to Walk-Ins. It’s been a lot more difficult getting in there and getting things done compared to me just walking in anytime it’s open, get what I need, walk out."
