"This Climate Controlled Storage Unit Facility is very clean! It is very secure! There are video camera screens on display in the main office. I feel my stuff is safe here. There is a U-Haul pick-up/drop-off here; convenient. There seems to be a lot of renovations/upgrades every-so-often I walk in, so it looks to me that the building is well taken care of and not rotting to shambles! I have found that the manager is very accommodating and helpful! But WARNING: the facility policies (aka building rules) and payment policies of the business-itself, are strict. So I advise CAUTION: (1) double check your contract to avoid penalty fee(s)/conditions, (2) pay your bill on time, and (3) be reasonable. The policies here are fair, but are also "tough but reasonable." E.g. You move-in in the middle of the month, you just pay for half the month. You pay for rent each month; if you move out on the 4th of the month, you still need to pay that month's rent. So move out by the 30th/31st of the prev month - Fine Print. Again, fair and reasonable, but tough at times."
