"Very nice I have family that live out there"
"My son was staying at a friend's home who lives there. It seems like a nice area and it was well kept and clean in appearance."
"Roads are terrible I've tore up two cars. No maintenance when your supposed to have them and to much partying"
"This place is alright if you keep to yourself, but the neighborhood is full of nosy neighbors who constantly are in everyone else’s business and talking bad about them, there’s always some sort of fighting and screaming within the park, loud music all hours of the night and day, and a very annoying water issue. This place always has some kind of problem with their water system supposedly, and they shut your water off whenever they feel like without any warning, several times a month. Just about every week for hours at a time. Which makes it very hard to do anything cleaning wise, or even trying to shower/bathe. You never know when it’ll go off on you. The manager always has some kind of attitude, especially if you have to call to ask any sort of question. All she’ll do is give a very moody, vague response to whatever it is. There’ll never be a good reason for anything at all. And yes, they have a pool, but good luck using it in the summer! There’s always an issue with that too because their maintenance people are too lazy to keep up with it. So it’s usually very dirty, or they just close it for days on end without reason. There’s people that live throughout the park that have dogs, never on a lead at all, so if you’re walking or anything, you’re getting chased and the owners are just too lazy to stop their pets. Which can be dangerous for the kids that roam around the park when they want to be outside. This place is really only good if you never really go outside. Good luck to whoever actually lives here."
"I must admit that I used to have a negative opinion of mobile home living, but when my family members decided to buy one and I went there I totally changed my perspective on mobile homes!! This community is always clean, has a community pool and events building. When I go there, their next door neighbor tells me his additional parking area is always available. The roads are all paved and let me say again, CLEAN. The yards are well maintained, which is something I can't say about a lot of some regular homes I've seen, even in "so called" high class communities. Their mobile home has weathered many storms and their home hasn't blown apart, roof remained intact!!! Think about your first impressions of everything, everyone, because you could be limiting yourself in all aspects of life."
