"These are not climate controlled storages. They need them though. They also do not have security so I advise anyone to NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR STORAGE. They are capping off of everyone. Without the care or concern of the peoples belongs they are holding. You also have to pay an insurance fee if you want the protection. I honestly feel this should be included since you pay so much throughout the year to have it. This is business though. Never about the Customers as they say. It's all about MONNNEEYY!.. Just S.A.D!!"
