"Staff is friendly but overall service has gone downhill. Been a customer of this local owned business for over 20 years. Last few years it seems the service geared towards the customer experience has faded. Was overcharged on 2 occasions for faulty accessories that didn't even belong to the device I had. Have made multiple trips to get same issue fixed."

"I was going to upgrade to 2- S24+, I was dealing with Matt. He had taken both our S10E's out of the Otter cases. We were short on time and had to leave. He put both phones back in their respective cases. I got home and my wife says, look at my cover and mycase. He had ripped her cover and broke the hard plastic case. I got looking at mine and he had broke the plastic case on mine. He was struggling with both of them while we were their. Never said a word about it. His demeanor was very unprofessional. Too bad I can't give 1/2 a star. Consequently no sale. I'll find another Verizon store! I used to work for US Cellular. I have removed and reassembled many of them with no problem. Now what would I do if I wanted to keep the phones I have????"
