"I recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and visited the T-Mobile store at 4167 Lindell Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63108 on August 9th, 2024, to address some concerns about my account. Unfortunately, my experience at this store was nothing short of terrible. The two sales reps who "assisted" me were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They immediately made it clear that because I didn’t port my number at their location, and they didn’t receive any commission from my sale, they had no interest in helping me. They actually told me that I should visit the store where I originally ported in, rather than bothering them with my concerns. Their attitude was dismissive and condescending, as if I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. All I needed was a simple status check, but instead, I was met with hostility and a complete lack of basic customer service. It's shocking that T-Mobile would employ people who are so blatantly unwilling to help customers, especially new ones like myself. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I am seriously reconsidering my decision to switch to T-Mobile. If this is how they treat their customers, I can only imagine how bad the service will be in the future. T-Mobile needs to seriously re-evaluate the staff at this location if they want to retain any customers."
"Extremely Disappointing Experience I visited the T-Mobile store in Central West End next to Schnucks in the same plaza as Rainbow and AT&T, to purchase a phone case. Despite having 25+ lines with T-Mobile and being a former employee, I was treated poorly. Within four minutes, a staff member fetched the manager, Marissa, who was sitting down and promptly called the police on me. This overreaction was unnecessary and unprofessional. At the register, they swapped the price, increasing it by $10. I said it was $29 he said $39 then immediately called the police. Finding a better deal at AT&T 316 feet away I was much better off at AT&T in the first place. I am filing an FCC complaint due to this T-Mobile store engaging in deceptive pricing practices, unprofessional customer service, and unnecessary escalation by involving the police."

"First imagine coming in with no greeting. Now imagine standing awkwardly for 5 mins. Then imagine a worker just telling you to move because you are in an employee seat, no other exchange of communication, no I'll be right there with you, just "that's an employee seat". Imagine asking if anyone else is here to help and they say yes, their in back... after be subjected to my staring in disbelief, the worker told me the other employee should be right out. After 5 MORE MINUTES NOTHING. ofc I walked out. Imagine HAVING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Happy I walked out and that I am not a customer"
