"There was a minimal wait even though there were a few customers ahead of me. Adi was very patient, professional, understanding and kind. He listened to my issue completely and activated my new watch and straightened out my account, which 6 customer reps were not able to do via chat on 2 separate occasions, last night spending 6 hours on chat working on it. If employees accepted tips, I would give him a HUGE one!!! Thank you so much Adi!!!"

He took all the time necessary to not only help me in the selection of my new phone but also took all the time needed to transfer the data from my old phone into the new one. He reviewed all the new features and made sure I was comfortable with the operation of my new phone. He even set me up with a new fitness tracker/watch and reviewed its operation and made sure the watch face screen matched the layout of my old tracker so I felt right at home with the new one. All of this service and I got a fantastic deal saving $$$$. This is the third phone I have purchased from this store and Josh and rest assured I will continue to look to Josh and Verizon on Telegraph for all my future needs. I would also like to point out that Verizon is a terrific carrier service as well. In all the years of service I have never had a problem.
