He was so kind and went way beyond to help me. I'm an eighty year old grandma and he treated me like family, although we don't know one another. What a wonderful employee you have in this young man! "Make sure to get an appointment before you go to the store. The person who checked me in was very rude when I asked a question about how long the wait was going to be. I realize the places of business are short staffed but please don't take it out on the customer."
"I'm not a US Cellular customer, but I provide some supervision for an adult who is. Her phone stopped working and she is on her brother's US Cellular account. He lives out-of-state. I made an appointment at the other US Cellular store in town but discovered they were temporarily closed. I went to the Mall without an appointment and was so impressed with the level of customer service that i will likely switch my service. They discovered that the phone was disconnected as a protection due to a potential phishing scam. Long story short, they were able solve the problem without any attempts to upsell or add services. AND they did so in a professional and friendly manner. Good service is everything!"
