Polk County Superior Court Clerk

"2 different people in clerks office told me there had been no papers filed even though I showed them a letter from them stating to come in and give them the court case number. They looked for about 10 minutes and finally said here it is we will re-file it but we need $2.50 Went out to my car and got the money. They said they would file it never filed now they don’t know anything about the papers again or the case. They should hire people who are qualified for the job, or at least train them since this is a public office"

"They don’t help with anything my husband has been in for 14 days and they said he would get out and hasn’t they can’t even give me the information they are rude. I mean they running people in circles when they need to be doing their job and anyone has a problem they can contact me"

"I know there needs to be a better way for this court to finalize uncontested divorces. Apparently they assign it to a criminal court judge that's already overwhelmed with trial cases. I agree, Why can't they have a judge to just handle divorce cases and divorce court? Yall reading this pray for me because my wife and I are ready to be divorced.
