"I honestly expected more out of this company given the good reviews and it being known locally. But I'm extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. I won't name employees. I called almost a month ago to have someone come inspect the tank at my house and set up an appointment to fill it. The guy I spoke to never called me back. I called them a week later and they said he went on vacation and didn't tell anyone I needed help. That was strike one. The other guy that told me this information said that he would schedule someone to come out to inspect the tank. Nobody ever showed up. This was strike two. I called again, and the same guy told me that the one that was supposed to show up sent me a text message to set up the appointment. I never received it. They claimed they had proof they sent it, but I still never received it. That isn't my fault. I sympathized with them as I am in a similar line of customer service and know how it can be. The guy at the office claimed the man that was to inspect my tank was sitting right next to him (why was he sitting at the office instead of helping customers?). He gave me this man's number and told me to text him. I sent him a text, and got no response. This is the end of December and we are about to get hit with that bad arctic blast, and nobody has shown up or contacted me again. This is strike three. I will never contact these people again for service. And I will never recommend them to anyone. The customer service I received was simply unacceptable. But I'm sure they'll try and pull some mental gymnastics to make it seem like I was being a problematic customer. Again, I work in a similar field of customer service with drivers, customer contacts, and appointments. So I know all too well how it goes behind the closed doors of the business. EDIT TEN MONTHS LATER I regretfully contacted them again. If I remembered my last experience, I wouldn't have called. But I figured I'd try again anyway after I realized. It has taken days for them to call me. I contacted them about a week ago now. They sent me a form this time to fill out as a new customer. I filled it out and sent it back in. The man said he would have someone call me to schedule a visit. Well, it is 8:24am. I work second shift and get home between 12am and 1. Nobody called me in the days prior to set up an appointment. I woke up a few minutes ago to a missed call and a voicemail stating they were on the way. That call was missed around 7am. I attempted to call the man back, but of course he didn't answer. And I have yet to receive a call back. Oh, and nobody said they had to "inspect" my tank this time."
