Chandler's Furniture And Mattress

"We have used Chandler's for years. We recently needed to update and decided to go by there and see what they had. Great prices and beautiful furniture. I have never used the delivery, we've always opted to pick up ourselves. This was the first time our pieces needed to be ordered. We were told that it would take 7-10 days to get our items. That turned into over a month and the bedroom suit was still not in (the reason for 4 stars and not 5); however Stefan was wonderful to deal with and called me several times personally to update me. Because it was taking longer to get the bedroom suit - he allowed me to see what they did have in stock and traded the ordered item for something in stock. I am pleased with the service and working with me to get the furniture I needed. We will definitely go back when we need to update again!!"

"We have purchased several things here before and typically have a great experience. I sent my parents up there to buy recliners that were paid for on July 8th 2017. Since then we have been told that they would be there 7 days after the purchase. Then when that did not happen we were told they would deliver them and that did not happen. Today is August 1st and we still have not gotten the recliners.my husband went to speak with a young gentleman ( Stefan) and he became extremely ugly. He refused to give his last name and when we said we were going to call the Sheriffs office he actually laughed and said we could go ahead, it was a civil matter. Apparently they have alot of unhappy customers who just want the furniture they bought. I'm uncertain of what is going on at this establishment but it appears shady and untruthful. Which is a shame because we were long term customers and use to really enjoy their store. My advise is to stay far away..this is no longer the reputable store it once was."

"I have purchased furniture from mr. Chandler off and on over the last several years. I remember when they opened up in 2001. They were selling new furniture and, antiques at the time. We just purchased a bedroom and mattress set. The merchandise was not at the store when we purchased it. They told us up front it would take 2 to 4 weeks for it to come in. It wound up up taking just over four weeks but, they were out at our house the day it arrived. My wife likes to change our home decor every 4 or 5 years. We've always shopped at Chandler's because of their prices and service. I would recommend Chandler's for anybody needing Home Furnishings."

"Unique and fully stocked Mom and Pop type furniture store. Furniture ranges from nationally known brands to lesser known and less expensive stuff. Prices are some of the best around. Their money isn't wasted on ambience and decor, just thousands of square feet of furniture and household items.
