"Overall, a good spot if you are looking for an elevated salad experience. Their space is open and modern, and the people are kind. WAIT TIME: It’s counter service, so no wait time! We came in on a Saturday around 12:30pm and there was only one person in front of us ordering. FOOD: I got the Chilled Curry salad. I like that most of their salads are unique takes on more common salad types. This one intrigued me because I’ve never had a curry ranch dressing. They did a great job at picking flavors that went really well together. The pickled green tomatoes were also a new one for me, and I think they tasted great! All the ingredients tasted very fresh (no old looking lettuce), which is a big appeal for a salad place. SERVICE: Counter ordering as mentioned. The cashier asked if it was our first time and made the extra effort to explain to us how it worked and what she recommended! Very considerate service. They also have a stamp card which the cashier gave me, so they definitely seem to want to keep their customers coming back :) AMBIANCE: It’s a very modern clean space, with enough seating for smaller groups. They also had some outdoor tables next door. PRICE: The salad came out to around $15, which is pricey for the amount of food you get in my opinion, but to be honest, I would say it’s comparable to other salad places. So in that sense it’s reasonable."

"Five Stars +. If you want great tasting, fresh, healthy food DO NOT miss Neon Greens - this is the future of dining. Thanks to innovators like Josh Smith who can create totally new concepts that delight all the senses for helping us experience what is possible. Imagine being in an urban environment yet feeling like the food you are eating came fresh from the farm. Well that is Neon Greens. They are growing the most popular greens right onsite, enough to make a couple of hundred salads a day. From the moment I walked in I felt a lightness and stress release from my body. The colors, textures, high ceilings, wood tones, open kitchen and visibility to the growing area all make you feel healthy even breathe easier. It should be no surprise that owner Josh Smith spent years working in scenic and lighting design. The menu is also an incredible display of diversity in taste & texture with flavors from around the world. The team is so proud of the ingredients that the only thing between you and the kitchen is a glass panel separating you from the chef making your salad fresh. I had a hard time deciding what to order but settled on The Fattoush Salad which was delicious and I plan to go back to sample many of the other menu items."

"I absolutely love Neon Greens! It’s basically a salad bar. They have a incubated Greenhouse and they make their greens in house and I love that so much! Everything was so fresh and tasted so delicious. I will be returning for sure!"

"This was our first time eating at Neon Greens and we will be going back! The salads were fresh and delicious. The staff were so kind and helpful in making our order decisions. We ended up getting the strawberry fields salad and the seeded wedge salad and both were amazing! We have been looking for a quick healthy food spot and we finally found it! Highly recommend."

"Such an awesome concept! It's like Chipotle for salads, but if Chipotle grew their rice on-site. Fast salads using hydroponic greens growing upstairs. You can tell that the greens are really high quality and ultra-fresh (especially after seeing the greens travel on the conveyor belt from the hydroponic farm directly to the kitchen!). We ordered 2 salads and the matcha soft-serve and everything was great. The team members were super welcoming and helpful with the menu about how it all works— they had some great recommendations. Plenty of plant-based options, but a menu that anyone would find something they like. Will be back soon and won't be surprised if we start seeing these all over the country!"
