Epling's Lawn Mower

"Called only twice within a one month time frame to check to see how close I was for having my lawnmower picked up. The woman who answers the phone for the company said and I quote, "If it wasn't for people like you calling then maybe we can get something finished." When I called again after one month of waiting to ask again and to remind her of initially stating it would be at least 3 weeks, the same woman hung up on me and would not pick up the phone. Don't EVER depend on this company because they DON'T keep their word. They are also very rude and unprofessional."
