Jason explained each step of the project, showed us our options, provided a bid, obtained the permits, and gave us a time frame for completion of our new roof. Our previous roof was 33 years old so he warned us there may be some additional costs for rotten places uncovered when the old shingles were removed. The dumpster came on June 3rd, the shingles came in June 4th,and the wonderful group of 7 hard working workers were on my roof at 0630 am on June 5th and by 6:30 pm we had a brand new roof with a 50 yr warranty. Even with the repairs the cost was only a few hundred dollars over the bid and was in our budget. The online payment process was also easy to use. We prayed for months for God to guide us to a good roofer and He directed us to Cost Plus Roofing."

"The roofing experience with Jason and the roofing crew was very satisfying. Jason managed the job properly. The roofing crew began working early in the morning and stayed late in the day. They cleaned up every day after work and swept the yard/work area with magnets to pick up all the old/new roofing nails. My roof has a number of areas that are 12/12 pitch and I felt that the crew worked safely."

"My experience with CPR (how apropos!) began in August of 2023. I was looking for a company to repair the damage a tree left behind. The roof was punched through, and she shower below also lost its ceiling. My insurance company decided it was $3000 worth of damage. Another roofing company backed out at this point. Cost Plus, however, put me in touch with 5th Element, a company that went to bat for me to get a fair payout from my insurance. Fast forward months of red tape and stalling tactics by said insurance company, and I finally had what was needed to get the roof replaced and the shower fixed. Cost Plus was my choice. Honestly, who else would I contact after the way they treated me before I was a client?? Jason was right on top of things, getting measurements, lining up workers, and checking in with me. Within a couple days, I got a call from him telling me if I wanted, he had someone free that afternoon to start on the shower. Alex showed up, took his measurements and was back the next morning. A day later, to let plaster dry, he was back to paint. He did a beautiful job all around, even fixing a drip while he was here. As if great and friendly service weren't enough, a knock came later. Amy had been sent to clean the workspace. She's a gem of a person and an amazing cleaner. She left sparkling tile and fixtures behind. One more day and I came home to a house with stacks of roofing materials perched atop. Another two long workdays (these guys put in 12 & 13 hr days), I had a new roof, three new skylights and a great deal of relief knowing I had a roof without a hole before hurricane season arrived. The yard was left spotless, what little debris went over my property line was rounded up disposed of properly. I haven't found a single old nail left behind. Overall, this is the best experience I've had in dealing with ANY company. Construction is infamous for all the issues that arise. Jason was always a step ahead. The crew were friendly.
