Trey presented a professional packet of information and explained everything that we needed to know to make an informed decision. He followed up with contact. The crew arrived early, worked diligently, and installed a beautiful roof. A perfect clean up after installation. Reasonable price and great roof warranty. Highly recommended."

"In February of 2020, I had a couple valleys that were leaking and had JCB do the repair work. The initial repair did not fix the leaks. The 2nd time out they fixed the leaks. The two-man crew that came out left the gutters full of nails and shingles, which I removed. My issue though is the unsightly amount of caulk or silicone they used. I voiced my concerns and someone from management came out, inspected the work, and agreed with me that the amount of caulk used was not normal. So I had a 3rd visit in 2023, but the caulk is still there and I believe they even added more. They stated this was due to the flashing being too short? No one ever followed up with me. I will say, they were always on time and good with communication and they fixed some nail holes that were on the roof that were there before they did any work. Maybe they’re good with new construction, but I wouldn’t use them again in the future or recommend them."

"This was the 2nd roof( 2 different homes) that we had done JCB Roofing Company. Trey and his team were amazing and did a great job. You can probably find another company a little cheaper, however the quality of work and knowing it will be done right and they stand behind their work. You can tell they know what they are doing. They are very professional and hard working. Jose was the lead on our job and he worked just as hard as his guys did. After they were finished they made sure everything was cleaned around the home . There was no nails or trash. When Trey came back to pick up the trailer he also made sure there was not nails around. If we ever have to have any roof work done again we will be using them. It's an added bonus that it is a Veteran Owned Company! So if you are looking for a roofing company I can tell you the price they are giving you is a fair price."

That got them the job. From the quote to the finished product, JCB was professional and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.
