"I read the reviews on this site. I was amazed at the complaints, because I've never been treated bad or spoken to with disrespect from any of the staff here. I've been in Walker county for almost 5, from living in Catoosa county for over 15 years. Never a problem there either. I go in with a smile and leave with one. I changed my regular tag to prestige with no problem. I've cancelled a tag, due to my vehicle being totaled. I have a veterans tag, I asked if it could be transferred to my next vehicle? They politely said yes no problem. Not to impugn anyone's description of their accounts with what happened. I hope that your next visit will be much better than the last."
