"Flight from Moline to CHANDLER, Arizona was a nice flight and we arrived in chandler 45 minutes early."

"Wow! Got to the counter to check a couple of bags for vacation. The counter person took my ID and upon noticing my veteran status on my license they said that veterans get 2 checked bags free and that they would try to obtain a refund for us as we paid for the checked bags not knowing about the free checked bags benefit from Allegiant Air. We flew to Arizona, spent 10 days vacationing and then flew home. Within a week we had a refund slightly over $100. Pros: Very friendly Allegiant Air employees at the terminal and in the air. Both nonstop flights (to/from) were on time and arrived early. Cons: Seats don't recline, but no one had a problem with someone reclining into them. Not the most clean planes. They turn around quickly. All in all Allegiant Air gets 5 stars for this recent Moline / Phoenix round trip."
