"the worst set of women work there. people cant help it cause they lose their job. the women that work there look at you like you are trash.they act like you are a bother to them.the money isnt coming from them, what about the taxes you pay before you lose your job?i just cant explain how horrible the attitudes are there. i hope they have to go through the same thing when the state does cutbacks and fire them and maybe they will one day respect peoples misfortunes.i wouldnt have even given them a star if google didnt require it.God bless you if you ever loose your job and have to deal with the hateful attitudes down there."
""Your call very important for us" !!! More then 3 month O trying to know why I don't have my payment!! It's crazy!!! Unemployment money to help people live without job!!!! How to live without money 3 or more months!!! Ignore 100% all calls, all mails!!! They don't care((("
"I call No one answers says leave name and number and we will call back. I have not received $67 for unemployment this week and no reason why. I have been getting my full benefits and then all of a sudden this. I can't get ahold of anybody and no calls back. Is there another number to call?"
"They deserve a 0 star for their handling of their correspondences during the covid outbreak. They do not return calls, despite calling them numerous times. They do not return emails even though it states during this time it is better to try to communicate with them electronically. The state unemployment office as a whole has had a terrible response to the outbreak when it comes to customer service. I have even tried the Dalton, Rome, and regional offices. Leave a message it sends me to directly. Unfortunately no calls are ever answered nor return. Many Georgians are left wondering why this is happening. If this is how they respond to a and help their people during emergency......, I hope we don't get hit by Napalm or get invaded by an enemy, as this says to me, folk you are on your own. They ask us to respond to their request in a timely manner when they do e-mail things out, yet they act as if they are too overwhelmed to respond back. Really? If a state agency isn't equipped to help their people in times of crisis, then that State agency needs new leadership and a complete over haul. Shame on you GDOL. You have let us down when we need you most. If I were overseer of a job and you performed as poorly as you did here, you wouldn't be working for me. A better more equipped GDOL is not just a suggestion but clearly a must."
"I was waiting on my unemployment which took a couple months after it was filed. Then I started getting my unemployment and allow a sudden this past Sunday I haven't been able to certify so I email no answer i email again no answer so when the finally answer it with an attitude and telling me I'm doing something wrong but I've been doing this for months so n I'm pretty sure I'm not it something wrong on there end I can't get help they don't answer the phone and they don't return messages"
