"The house was not properly built at all. There is no seal from the floorboards to the floor or in the carpeting. Carpet nails are visible and have punctured my feet many times. We now have massive ant infestation after just moving in due to improperly sealing the house and multiple cracks and crevices in walls and foundation. I've had to hire professional pest control and I have contacted the builder to see how they will assist or help with the sealing on the cracks along the floorboards and walls. This should've been rectified during inspection but was entirely missed. There is no window seal or any kind of caulking done to actually seal areas. I am so beyond angry and have spent more than it's worth trying to keep these ants, spiders, and scorpions out of the house due to all these foundation flaws. Hire your own inspector when purchasing with these people."
