"I'm not a negative review type of person. I solely want to warn other customers before choosing La Mancha for remodeling. Total nightmare of a project. It has been 10 months since they started my master bathroom and it's still incomplete. I was quoted "6 weeks". Their communication is TERRIBLE. Attention to detail, NON-EXISTENT. Quality of work/oversight, HORRIBLE. My wife was basically the foreman on site. Constantly point out flaws, sloppy work, the shortcuts they take, and re-ordering parts and materials that THEY damaged. They charge top dollar prices and give "shade tree" work/service. I had to get in my car and travel to their shop three times because they refuse to answer the phone or respond to text messages if the call or text message requires them to give straight answers for their incomplete work or damage they've done. As it stands: -I'm still missing a piece of glass that would stabilize my shower glass, so its wobbly and a safety hazard. -One of my electrical outlets is hanging out of my wall and not properly secured, another safety hazard. -My stand-alone tub and sink are chipped from when they dropped my shower glass during installation. -My natural stone tile is still not sealed. The work is incomplete, but they leave all my calls/text unanswered for going on 7 weeks now. PLEASE take heed and take your business elsewhere. The only good thing they have going for their company is the tile layer. His name is Sydney, and his work was great. Other than they they're incompetent and should close up shop if this is their standard."
