"We must have been lucky according to some of the negative reviews. We have had no major issues with our house. For the most part we love it. You really have to walk in and expect you aren't going to have Viking appliances, gold toilets, etc. There were things we didn't like but when moving into a new house you need to prepare to change the small things that you don't like. Replaced some of the lighting, replaced some of the mirrors, etc. But there are small things that were dine that make a big difference. Dual zone heat and air, a bathroom fan that actually gets rid of the moisture, very nice placement of lighting, range hood vented outside and neighborhood storm drainage that was put to the test and excelled. The walls are straight and the windows don't leak. Have built before and have owned existing and this is a nice house. Is it mass produced, yes. Is it superior quality, almost. We didn't expect to move into a 400k house thinking it would be a 1.5m house. There are some things that we can live with for sure. But, we have a sodded yard with irrigation and plantings. We don't have to change this but can if we want. Really, you are getting a great build for a turnkey price. Yes, there will be nuances but make those little changes over time if need be."
"This is the worst experience we have had. If there was an option for a zero I would rate it at that. Crappy work with constructoin inside an outside... Trying to get someone to talk to is the worst with the exception of Kris who's awesome...it's a waste of time and effort leaving a message with Katie because calls does not get returned.. If we did not invest so much time and money and what we knew after closing we would have not went through with the contract. We have one more item on our walk through list to be resolved and then I won't have to deal with them anymore. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Dryden!!"
"First water bill came out around $1500, hadn’t even lived in the new construction house for a month when I received that bill. Started having irrigation issues and had difficulty contacting them for it when I was there. Decided to go elsewhere to figure out the irrigation leak. Turns out when the fence was installed for the house in the yard, they messed with a pipe, thus the $1500 water bill. And they don’t do irrigation warranty so beware, this is all out of pocket costs."
"Been it this house a little over 2 years. I had an issue where it would flood in my master bedroom everything it’s rain hard. The boards and drywall would get wet and start mildewing. So the first time they fixed, it did it again the next time it rain hard. So the second time they said, it was the yard so they dig a trench in my yard and I told them I don’t think this going work, but they still did it. So it happen again. They came out a couple months ago and fixed my yard. But haven’t not came and fixed my bedroom yet. I have been very patient and have went up to Dryden enterprise multiple times to try and get this issues fixed. Nobody have yet to contact me. My patient have ran out. I been waiting almost 5 months to get this issue fixed. Someone need to contact me this week with an appointment date or my lawyer will be contacting y’all."
"So, we were super skeptical at first to buy a new build. But then we actually walked through the new house with Josh Anderson, who is the superintendent. He is remarkable. Truly. I pray Dryden keeps Josh cause he's one of the biggest reasons why we are happy with our new house. And he is also the biggest reason why I will be recommending all my peers in the military to buy from them. Any deficiencies we saw he is making sure they will be taken care of. No new house will come perfect, but our house was close to it. They did such an amazing job, I'm truly impressed. Lastly, when you do the walk through, make sure you have Josh come out as he will always be honest with you."
