"I can’t say enough good things about Trimble and their staff. It is the smallest of things that make the biggest impressions. They don’t worry about bothering you with minute things they could nickel and dime you with. Because their biggest concern is your happiness. And at a time when your world is falling apart, they are calm and steady, guiding you just in the spaces where you need help. They did a great job with cremation for my brother who was living in Bettendorf at the time, but went out of their way to get my Sister in law cremated when the local funeral home refused to help. But they took care of things, and didn’t bother us with the details. Everything went smoothly. Reid is great to work with, really down to earth. The nice guy at the front desk makes you feel welcome, and the assistants all welcoming. Seems they really want you to know that you and your family are the most important thing and your business and happiness is important and valued, like you are doing them the favor by choosing them to help, Not the other way around.
