"We just closed on our beautiful Mancey 3 home this past Friday. I have to say that this has been the best experience building a home we have had. From the minute we picked the plan and lot to the day we closed things went so smoothly. Mr Allen and his team and our amazing agent went above and beyond in our book. I asked questions, got answers, even when I wanted a light in a certain spot and didn't want something in a bathroom hello boom he made it happen. Never made me feel like I was asking a stupid question and even after we closed he tended to things right away that needed to be tended too. This house is just stunning in our book finishes and attention to detail have made this lady a happy camper, I am so in love with my new home.
