"I work from home where I can see the mailbox in plain view. I watched twice in one week the carrier fail to attempt to deliver my package; they didn't get out of their truck at all to come to the porch and gave no reason for the package failing to be delivered on a slip left in my mailbox."

"Horrible customer service. Says the package has to be 4x6 to print a qr code label and my package is 3.5x6. I ship this same item/package all the time and never had a issue but tweedledee and tweedledum couldn't figure it out. This is why they're talking about privatizing. Went right down the road to fort o and didn't have an issue"

"My package was marked at attempted delivery and said the driveway was blocked. I have you on camera! You drove up my driveway, never got out and drive away. Then there was no attempt made yesterday and today when I try to call their automated system refuses to give you a human being. Use FEDEX."

"I regularly ship out items I sell online and this post office is always super quick. In and out in 2 minutes. Workers are always friendly and know exactly what’s going on. Even my mail lady is awesome. Never throws my stuff around and always is pleasant. If you need to mail out something, this is the place to do it and worth the drive. Don’t waste your time with the ones in Chattanooga."
