"I had a good experience when I dropped in here with my newly arrived friend to get SSN for him and his family. We were greeted and guided quite professionally by the security person at the front desk. Then we got prompt service at the counter. Hard copy Documents were missing for one of his family member but they asked us to post them instead of having to drive back all the way again. Keep up the great work!"

"They are sooooo slow! They have 20 windows but never have more than 2 workers at a time! Case worker shawna is a joke! She doesn’t return calls and I have been trying to get ahold of her for MONTHS! Went to the office MULTIPLE TIMES WAITING HOURS even had a supervisor “reach out to her” still nothing! She’s rude and very unprofessional! Sad part is they won’t even give me a new worker no matter how many times I beg them! I’m at my wits end and don’t know who to contact anymore!"

"I went in and sat in the office for 2.5 hours before I couldnt take it any longer and left. They say go in later in the day and later in the week it was later in the day week and month so dont believe them and all I need to kknow is why you always over pay me then take my check for months at a time. I've been on the phone for 1.5hrs today on a 45min wait time. Do y'all know how to tell time or know anything. Why not get a call back number so people dont waist their whole day on the phone waiting for someone to pick up. Just waited 30 minutes to get on the phone with a guy that is rude and refused to help me and hung up on me. This is the worst service I've ever had"

"8/22. Could not get appointment because website is so hard to navigate. Showed up at 9am on a Wednesday with my mask and all my documents. Staff was helpful and kind. Out in 10 minutes. Usually there is a line and 2 hour wait. Good job today."

"My phone call was answered within 5 minutes of calling. The person contacted listened to my issue and was very courteous. She needed to talk with her supervisor about a resolution and promptly returned my call. All issues were resolved to my satisfaction."
