"Called this AM to find out who owns the sign posted in our actual front yard since there was previous road construction on our road ( Whomever did it, did a great job) HOWEVER, whoever answers the phone at this County Department is extremely unprofessional and rude. I was completely unable to get a full sentence out before she was barking at me to call state ( which is what I was attempting to ask anyway had she just taken a second to breathe). Whoever you are.. I hope you read this, and I hope you have a better day today because it seemed like you definitely weren't off to a great start."
