"Very unorganized and unprofessional. Ordered and paid for a stone mid January. Was told the stones are usually put in March/April.Call begining of May to check on the progress since it was still not in. Was told that due to the weather this year it will be in by Memorial day. Well Memorial day came and still no stone so I call to see why. At that time I was told "the layout is here waiting for a signature since March 15th". They claim to have called me on March 15 to come sign the layout (I never got a call)and they left a message (I never had a message the day either). They "tried" to contact me ONE time about a signature to proceed with the process mind you this is now going on 4 months since the stone was ordered and paid for in FULL and I had been in contact with them twice after March 15 and was never advised while on the phone that they needed a signature, just kept ensuring me the stone would be in soon. So for that I would never recommend to purchase a stone from them they are very unorganized and only care about getting paid and not the customer!"
