"Took my 1st negative review down giving the owners and management the benefit of the doubt, this one won’t be deleted, when we purchased our home almost 2 1/2 years ago we sure were miss lead in multiple ways, we have spent a lot of money out of pocket and hard labor working on are yard and paying $509 a month in lot rent, a very large tree on are lot with lots of dead limbs that has already caused damage to our vehicles and management Jennifer Olds doesn’t seem to care 5 attempts now and nothing has been done nothing but the constant run around, your lucky if you can even get ahold of management or get a return phone call. Two phone calls and messages also left at corporate office and no return phone call as well.We have spoken to multiple residents in the housing community here and hear the same thing of how poorly the housing community is ran. I would highly consider other options if you’re thinking about living here."

"I have lived here just over a year I like it here because there isn't a lot of drama Jen is great the only problem I have here is it really could be a lot cleaner and mow the grass my neighbor is horrible about mowing I'll give you 4 and a half stars for it being peaceful 1 and a half for cleanliness"
