"I was with Taylor Pool for a few months. I just moved to the area not even a year ago and Im Also new to owning a pool. In the beginning of using the pool cleaning service I had no issue. I started to notice that there was sediment left behind after the pool cleaning. It was my intent to tell the guy who was cleaning my pool that this was happening but when I did see him, It wasn't on my mind. Then June 14, I had an issue with my plumbing and for the next 3 months, I had no running water which ultimately led to my pool pump not working also. So I went online to see how to keep the water clean and blue until I replaced the pump. Taylor pools staff, namely Michelle Taylor, knew this situation I was in. So August 3, they cleaned my pool and as before there was sediment after cleaning my pool so I sent a email and I left in bold print that there is always sediment EVERYTIME after cleaning. What I was expecting was a conversation to explain to me why is this happening. What I received was my services being canceled and me being accused of them not being able to satisfy me which had me lost because this was the only time I complained about anything and again, this was Michelle. She knew my situation and then added more stress to me by removing my pool cleaning services because I asked was my pool really clean? In her email response she says, "As of this time, I feel like we should stop the weekly cleaning services, we don't seem to be able to satisfy you with this process." This was said to me for asking was the pool clean and this happens all the time, even before the pool pump issue. So a month later, I went to pay my last bill and speak to her, Michelle, exclusively. My life is a busy one and since my services were canceled, there was no haste for me to come and speak to her. But when I did she didn't even apologize for her prejudice after I did explain to her what I meant and expected wasn't what happened and there should've been a conversation BEFORE you canceled my services. Her response was, I did call you and sent an email and you came here a month later. My response was, I am at work while you are at work so you're phone call to me and the subsequent disrespectful prejudice email followed while I was working, there was nothing urgent for me to say. So, in conclusion, I think and not feel, that Michelle needs to remove her feelings from business. Feelings and business DO NOT mix. She is allowed to feel whatever but when it comes to dealing with customers, you should practice hearing them first, making sure both sides are clear and concise BEFORE making a rash decision based on your feelings and not in fact. I left two stars only because the gentleman that cleaned my pool was awesome and very professional. If it wasn't for that, it would be a one star rating. Oh yeah, she is so tone death to the situation, she, in her email to me, said I can come to them for my pool cleaning supplies. Like, you canceled my pool services during a very rough time I was going through with my plumbing issue, why would I or anyone do that? If I can't find what I need from your nearby competitors, I'll drive to Jacksonville FL or St. Marys or online to find what I need. Thank you."

"I have been dealing with a severe pool leak since last year after Taylor pool replaced our pool liner. We paid them well over seven thousand dollars for the work. We've had to replace water every day and doubled our water/sewage bill because of it. They have been to our home about five times since November (even though I've had to call weekly) and haven't found the source yet. I have had to basically harass them constantly. They sent a diver to check for a liner leak because they haven't been able to find one and then expect me to pay the diver 200$ after they arranged for him to come. When I told the owner, Chris, that I expected them to pay the diver, he said the leak isn't their fault and it isn't the liner so he feels they shouldn't have to pay. I didn't request the diver, and it isn't my fault that you and your men aren't experienced enough to find a leak. Very sorry customer service! These people don't back there work and are only concerned with making money. Chris told me, "if I have to pay the diver, we will not investigate the problem any further." I told him he's had over six months to find the leak and obviously he nor his men can do it."

"We were going to wait until the pool was complete before posting a review but we feel this company deserves recognition immediately. What an experience from the very start, great customer service from Michelle, Chris was round within two days to give the estimate and we cannot express our thanks enough for the way he explained what they would do, the time scale ect. We cannot fault his team, their workmanship is exceptional, such hard workers, friendly, respectful and a pleasure to have on our property. I am really looking forward to seeing it finished and will definitely post a "final review" I am sure it will be 5 all the way. Highly recommended. Well it appears I cannot add another so will just say that a FIVE is given to Taylor Pools, wonderful pool, awesome team cannot fault them from start to finish."
