"Yesterday, 28 Aug 24, I called the office and Chistie politely answered my questions and scheduled for a Plumber to come to my home today, 29 Aug 24. Skyler the Plumber, saved the day - he was friendly, efficient and fast. I had a leaky supply line under my tub. He went in my crawlspace and replaced the faulty fittings and checked under there for any other possible leaks. Thank God - no more leaks! He was no nonsense, no dilly dallying - just getting it done! He even texted me photos of the work he did. Outstanding! Thank You Skyler for a JOB WELL DONE! "Pearson has done a great job for us in the past. This past week I called for service on my water heater. They asked if I wanted them to get the part or would I like to...I asked them to get the part. No one showed up on the day and time scheduled. I called the office and they asked if I was getting the part. Well, I bought the part at the supply house for $16.00. Called them back to schedule installation and was spoken to by a gentleman (?) in a way I haven't been spoken to in years. He tells me the part won't solve my problem, I probably will need a new water heater, When I asked why I wasn't told this last week he got indignant and told me it would now be next week before he would send someone out and to call another plumber. So, I did. You don't talk to customers like that."
