"I do not like to leave negative reviews on companies because people make mistakes. However, three months I’ve been trying to get my Internet wire buried. The company has canceled several times and now three months later its still not buried! I have called multiple times and get the same response. Someone will come out and take care of the wire. I get text messages stating this date. They will be there to bury the line and then they cancel and cancel and cancel and cancel. I called to complain, they tell me they will have it done . again, they never even show up. Unfortunately, I have no other choice in our area but to use this company. The last time I called the person that I talked to, ask my name, I gave my name and I heard a woman in the background started laughing then he started laughing. I asked him what so funny? I guess having a line above ground was funny for so long. However, I will remove this negative review if you will come and bury this line.!! I just hope this gets to the right person and something will be done!!"
