"The customer service was great. First of all, there was a visti from one of their technicians within a short time after we called about our AC not working. Then, we received a very prompt response from Daniel, an advisor for Poole Heating an Air, who called concerning issues with our AC that made it beyond the point of repair. The installation of the new unit was smooth and very professionally done. Excellent cleanup afterwards and the new unit is working great. A followup call to get a receipt for the work was handled very professionally by Heidi Hernandez. Ms Hernandez had the receipt scanned and emailed to me within minutes which turned out to be critical for insurance purposes."
