"My regular mail lady delivered my mail that popped up on informed delivery exactly when it was supposed to be delivered but I guess she retired or something but now this new lazy mail lady we have only puts mail in my box once a week because I have 8 things on informed delivery right now that were supposed to be delivered but are not here. This is ridiculous. This place needs new management"

"I tried to file an insurance claim for lost contents on mail sent by my Dad. I gave the damaged envelope to the supervisor and she told me she would submit it, she never did. Do not use USPS for mailing anything, use FedEx or UPS instead, at least they won’t lie to you and care about their customers."

"Well I don’t understand why the facility is still in business. My mail is sent to other addresses, my packages are never delivered on its delivery date, they are rude, and they never answer the phone. My packages are always marked as “Usps ran into an issue when trying to deliver the package” “ Drive way or entrance blocked”. How is that when you park on the street? Plus this street is never busy or people are never home in the daytime. Lazy, uneducated, and unconcerned people! Find individual that cares about there job!"

"I am beyond angry with this office I've filed at least 9 reports of missing mail since I've lived in my apartment and it's been almost a year. I order online alot because of health issues and most of the time my packages are delivered but I'm not given keys to get them out and I rarely if ever get paper mail which causes a lot of problems for me. I've been expecting a replacement debit card for 5 days now and I've got nothing"
