"I have been using Crosstown for about 4 months now and have so far been very pleased with the company. Clean buildings and grounds. I have not had any problems with critters, water leaks, or break-ins. There seems to be some outdoor space for boat and RV storage, but looks somewhat limited. All in all, very good experience, so far! Edit: I am no longer a customer, I did leave on good terms and would return if I needed to. That said, I wanted to update about winter time. At some point, water did make its way inside our unit (I suspect it had to do with plowing and ice build up.) and froze several things to the ground. We did have a couple of things ruined, but nothing expensive enough to complain about. Moral of the story, when you use a unit (at any storage facility) and are able to, use shelves or pallets to keep expensive, fragile and important items off the ground. Can deffinatly save on issues later! Also, they do not issue a refund for unused days, so cancel at the end of the month, before payment is due. Again, I would still recommend!"
