"Nice and quiet, close to the heart of Dubuque's shopping area, with the mall, Walmart, Target, and lots of other shopping places within a few minutes drive. Also very close to a lot of food choices too. As many as 15-20 restaurants within 10 minutes. Yet when you get to your house, you feel like you're in the middle of the country. That was very evident when two deer walked across the park and took their time. It is a slice of the country in the heart of the city."
