"Based off of your responses to other negative reviews, it's obvious that you cut & paste a cookie cutter response. I still have not heard from Sunsouth about resolving the issue that they created. Serious time & response issues. I had to take a brand new mower to Sunsouth of Auburn to have an engine replaced after only 10 hours. It took much longer than I was told to replace the engine. Now that the new engine is replaced, they forgot to reinstall the quick change oil system that was in place. Now they want me to bring it back to install the equipment. The main problem is, no one will return my call when I leave a message. I live an hour away and shouldn't have to deliver my mower back to them to correct their mistake. Moving on. The damage is done. Never, ever will I own another John Deere."

"I had the most wonderful experience with SunSouth of Auburn. My mower just stopped moving as I was cutting grass. Would not move forward or back. I called the Auburn store and spoke with Amber. Let me tell you, she is so sweet and helpful. We set up a time to have my mower picked up. When Jesse got here to pick it up, he said he was going to look at it and see what was going on. I couldn't believe someone would do that. He found the problem and repaired it on the spot. I was so happy and a little shocked that there are still companies who would do that. Jesse was such a nice guy and I believe this is one of the best businesses in our area. Thank you!"

"If you want to buy a tractor this is pretty much the place to go. Their salesman are friendly and knowledgeable (as most are). We have all our equipment serviced by them over the winter each year and it’s generally a good experience but not super thrilling. To be fair service of cars or equipment of the like isn’t a super customer oriented experience overall, and we’ve had good and bad experiences with their service."
