"Food is amazing but every time we’ve gone it takes 20min + to get food through the drive through."

"Very disappointed today. Ordered thru door dash ordered NO mayo and got my sandwich loaded with mayo. Couldn't eat it had to throw it away. Not a happy customer Yeah after wasting money and you not doing anything about it. I won't be back. It may have been a door dash order but it was the restaurant who messed up."

"The food here is always excellent. I am always satisfied whit what I get. I usually get the potato salad as my side and have had many different sandwiches. Really good place to try if you haven't. My only problem is that their drive through menu needs to be higher or something because my mirror is always in the way and it makes it really hard to read the menu. Also, their prices are a little steep. Everything is expensive these days, but it's a little more than average price here. Would definitely recommend though!"

"Ordered through DoorDash (so it was expensive) and received my Horseradish and beef sandwich with the cheese paper not removed and was melted into the sandwich. I did speak with the manager Holly and she said there was someone training but there should be some guidance or quality check while some e is training. I lost my appetite and threw a whole sandwich away, while door dash reimbursed for the sandwich, fees, taxes and tips of $12 was basically for a $12 tea. I sure hope there improvements being made here, I’ll not be eating here for quite some time, even though it is one of my favorite sandwich shops in Carol Stream, il."
