"There’s absolutely no doubt that Crumbl Cookies are outstanding. There isn’t a flavor that we haven’t enjoyed. The customer service tonight though was sub standard. No greeting. No one filling orders. I had to get the attention of one of the four employees to have my order filled, and there were customers behind me waiting as well. Then it felt like it was a big inconvenience to that young lady who had to fill my order. As far as the atmosphere, there was a broken system so while it said not all flavors were available on the kiosk, there was a note on the cashier’s counter stating to ask if other flavors were available since the system was broken. At that point I’d already ordered at the self checkout kiosk. Maybe put the signage where people are checking themselves out so it is clearly visible."

"Cookies are usually good. They ask you to tip their employees when they are cashiers and bakers. The app only works for orders in advance and shows cookies out of stock when they are available for walk in. Crumbl just raised the cost of a dozen cookies by like $5 in one price increase… Someone could do the same with a small business for less.."

"Cookies are usually good, typically fast service unless they have a lot of orders to fill. Which is fine. However. The floors where customers stand is filthy. It's been filthy for months. There's already nowhere to sit and wait. Why not make a point to have your waiting area be clean? You can see exactly where a mop occasionally goes in front of the register and that's it. It's not hard to keep floors clean if you mop atleast once a week. It's also the smallest area ever, so it shouldn't be hard to quick mop before leaving for the night."

"Waited awhile for my order since it’s Monday to find out 3 of the cookies I had ordered were sold out. I said I’ll just take a refund and the employee still gave me 3 of the 6 I purchased plus my refund. So nice, made my night! Plus the salted caramel cheesecake cookies were amazing!"
