"Called Ace this morning and Benjamin was at my home by 2:30 to fix a minor issue. This guy was the best! He found a couple of things that will make it much easier for us going forward. "Called at 8 am to report the A/C not working. The call was answered by someone in accounting. She pleasently took my call and told me they had a cancellation so she sent a technician out right away. Ben arrived promptly within 30 minutes. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He performed a variety of checks and diagnosed the problem. He found the part needed and it was fixed in less than a hour. The part was very reasonable and they waved the service fee. Me.
