"I called multiple companies to pour a 25×35 ft pad for a garage that I am having built. This company did answer the phone (with simply hello and never stated the name of the company) and they did come. So that is better than alot of companies. The reason for 2 stars is I had to call or text 6 times to request a quote which they never provided. If the didn't want to do this job they could have said at any of those 6 interactions "I'm sorry but we won't be able to do this job. Or thank you for the opportunity to take a look at your project but we aren't the right company for you." Or they could have given be on outrageous price so that I would decline it but if I accepted it it would be worth it for them. Or they could have said we aren't able to do it because and then give the real reason. They had so many professional options to handle this situation and instead they chose to ignore me and make excuses."
