"My delivery appointment was for 0830 on a Thursday morning. I got there at 1300 on Wednesday, and they got me in a door right away. The Security girls at the gate were extremely courteous and friendly. They help me get in early. Thankyou girls!"

"I previously worked here and I had quit under strong stress in a situation where my employer would not listen to or respect my boundaries when it came to what I could and could not do with my mental health as my top priority. I was told that my panic attack was an excuse and that if I was given the accommodation that I had asked for then it would look as of my employer was showing some sort of favoritism. In said situation, I was extremely uncomfortable working in a certain department and genuinely could not work in said department and all of my offers in other areas were ignored. My inability to work in that department was ignored. I was disrespected on multiple occasions by men in power and my mental health is more important to me than this job. I would like to inform you of even more situations where the authority and working conditions were simply life threatening. During my time here, I was injured on multiple occasions when I was forced to do something I could not handle. Additionally, the employees are disregarded and ignored during medical emergencies wether it's in regards to the employees themselves or of their close loved ones. This warehouse in particular loses so many people in just one month, one would believe that a simple request would be quite all right. Regardless, I sincerely hope in the future that management respects the boundaries of their employees for the company's sake and the employee's sake. Joanns would be able to keep workers if they learned human decency and how to respect even those below them. The entire team in this warehouse relies on bullying to get their way. It's disgusting."

"Open 24 hours for drop and hook. Lady at the guard shack was very nice and polite. Easy in and out. There is some space on left before getting to guard shack where you can park for your 10 hour reset."

"Made a delivery here, and after reading the posted reviews, I was a little concerned. However, this was one of the BEST, most friendly, and timely deliveries I've ever made. I arrived on time. The Security lady at the gate was friendly and very professional. I was assigned a door immediately and unloading started before I had my paperwork submitted at the receiving window. Awesome place, and people."
