"I’ve waited two years to post this, but I can’t wait anymore. If I could go zero stars I would. House was finished almost a year after promise date. Went through two project managers during my time. Cost me thousands of dollars to extend my financing approval. Here’s my list of issues: Painting and Sheetrock- abominable worksmanship. Grinder pump spewed septic into my yard where my kids played. They tried to tell me it was our fault. The grinder pump was never attached to the line that ran to the road. Rocks in my plumbing line to my Kitchen island, repeated low water pressure issues. Limped me along until warranty expired. Repeated HVAC issues. Luckily I work for an hvac company so I had my guys resolve it. Concrete slab for my front porch is less than an inch thick. UPS delivered a heavy package and it left a hole in the concrete that exposed clay right beneath it like a skim coat. The straw that broke the camels back was my irrigation system has now failed and is flooding my backyard. I pray that these guys go out of business and never ever touch a home for a family ever again. Please feel free to dispute this review and I’ll post photos. I can’t wait"

"They were building Townhomes at Wyld Palms in Foley but sold out. Now there are Townhomes that have been sitting for a year half built. New Developers have taken over and Wyld Palms is not getting anything promised by Dilworth like road being fixed since torn up by big trucks for construction. So the last second of Townhomes being built to complete Phase 3 have sat half build for over a year because of sewage hook ups. Looks trashy. Now Phase 4 is ready to start building but not a part of Wyld Palms although connected by new road built."
